Thomas Allen Rudd Born July 10,1959 in Heflin Alabama. He was raised in Anniston Alabama with Three Siblings Douglas, Mary Rudd and Billy Bryant. He passed away April 8, 2021. He is survived by his three children Allen, Timothy and Crystal Rudd and eight grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
