Reacie was born on August 25,1948 in Wedowee, Alabama to the parentage of the late Vicie and James Ralph Kimble. She was a 1967 graduate of Wedowee High School following high school she enjoyed employment with Terry Manufacturer in Roanoke, Alabama. She enjoyed sewing, loving her family, watching Westerns, and singing in the church choir. On August 17,1968 she married the love of her Life Mr. Willie Frank Bailey, and to their union five children were born. She was a faithful member of the Friendship Baptist Church in Wadley, Alabama under the leadership of Rev. Timothy Hughley. On August 17,2021 having celebrated her 53rd year of marriage Reacie transitioned from this life at Riverview Medical Center in Gadsden, Alabama. She is preceded in death by her parents, children; Oliver & Marie Bailey; Brother; Robert, and Sisters- in- law Hazel and Linda Kimble of Wedowee, Al. Reacie leaves to cherish her memories; husband, Willie Frank Bailey of Wedowee, AL; Children; Regena Gutierrez of Wedowee, AL; Tracey Bailey (Valrie) of Montgomery, AL, and Leisa Bailey (Terrance) of Wedowee, AL. Brothers; James Kimble, Herbert Kimble, Benny Kimble all of Wedowee, AL ; King Victor Kimble of Anniston, AL; Johnny Kimble (Tawana) of Anniston, AL. Sisters; Rebecca Marbara (Orlander) of Carson City, CA; Myrtis Yvonne Carter- Williams (Noah) of Compton,CA, and Patricia Rogers (John) of Wedowee, AL. Sister-in-law, Valrie Harris-Kimble of Murray, UT. Grandchildren: Tiara, Alexis, Victoria, Destiny, Adrian, Chris, Anastasia, Bobby, Leisa, and Terrance. Special Friends; Myra Higgins, Pat Chisom, Nareece Cole, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, special cousin, Gloria Bledsoe of Wedowee, Al and friends.
