Ms. Beaulah M. (Johnson) Holley was born in Talladega County, AL on September 14, 1934 to the late Ada McNeal and the late Andrew Johnson.
She was educated in the Talladega County School System. She worked several years as a cook for the Sylacauga Hospital as well as worked for several families in the area as a caregiver. Ms. Holley was a faithful member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, a member of the Order of Eastern Stars of Sylacauga, AL and the manager of the Gospel Hollietts doing what she loved best, singing.
Ms. Holley was united in holy matrimony to the late Luther Holley on December 24, 1951. To that union six children were born. She was preceded in death by two sons Robert C. Holley and Luther L. Holley.
Ms. Holley entered the arms of the Lord for eternal rest on Thursday, December 3, 2020
She leaves to cherish precious memories: One daughter, Alethia Thomason of Birmingham, AL; a stepdaughter Mary Jordan of Sylacauga, AL; three sons, Michael L. Holley of Sylacauga, AL, Randy (Valerie) Holley of Detroit, MI, Byron Holley of Killeen, TX; A stepson, Dennis Garrett of Sycamore, AL; Thirty-three grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren. One Sister, Jewell Kelley of Alexander City, AL. and one brother Matthew (Jabo) Davis of Sylacauga, AL. A host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. A very special friend Cora L. Adair and a long-time community friend Willie James Williams Sr.
