Marcus Treavel Jones

Marcus Treavel Jones was born on September 9,1983 in Phenix CIty (Russell County), Alabama to the parentage of Tawanna Jones. 

Marcus graduated from Jordan High School in Columbus, Georgia. 

He was a people person, and enjoyed spending time with his family, and especially his mom and his children. He enjoyed Fishing, and Cooking; his family really looked forward to his (FAMOUS) Chicken and Dressing and it is said he made it from the heart. 

On Sunday February 20, 2022 Marcus quietly transitioned from this walk of life in Columbus, Georgia. 

He leaves to cherish his memory his Mother; Tawanna Jones; Step father; Steve Morten; His Children; Marcus Jones Jr., and Hendrix Jones; Siblings: Shakeitha Durham (Christopher), Byron Jones, Jonathan Jones, Juston Jones, Timothy Jones, Destiny Jones, Travis Jones, and Jason Jones; Grandparents; Rosie and Mack Jones; Aunt: Pamela Jones Banks (Rufus); Uncle: Christopher Jones, and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
