Minister Leon Chandler, Jr. was born March 26, 1972 to the Late Leon Chandler, Sr. and Betty Jean. He graduated from Hewitt Trussville High School and attended Jefferson State College. In January of 1995, he became a faithful member of The Move of God Tabernacles. In September of 1996, he chose Sis. Joyce Ann Stewart as his wife to blaze the path with him to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ. They became WARRIORS for Christ throughout the world. In their union were born six daughters. Ta’Neiqua Monet (Jamare) Grâce, Le’Ondria Lenaise, Gethsemane Chloe, Eden Sabatini, Glorie Chastity and Queen Esther Sarah. Two granddaughters Anetra Grace, Alahni Grace.
Leon worked as a Boilermaker for UNION Local 108, he traveled to many states on different job sites. He worked for NEMAX of Sylacauga, Alabama. January of 2017, he testified ”The LORD called him off the job, to dedicate himself to "The Lord” and work full time in the Ministry.” In the ministry he became a prayer warrior, traveler, and construction worker. He mentored many God children and he leaves to cherish his loving memories to his wife Joyce Ann, six daughters, TeNeique, LeOndria, Gethsemane, Eden, Glorie, Queen Esther, mother Betty and Phillip Hobbs. A host of family, aunts, uncles, brother-n-laws, sister-n-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
