Latrice Raynette (Ellis) Harris

Latrice Raynette Ellis-Harris was born January 17, 1974 in Birmingham, Alabama to Patrica Ellis and Jerry Collins. She was an only child. 

Latrice attended  Midfield High School with her closest friends including Marcus Harris. Upon graduating high school, Latrice became a mother to her son Marcus J. Ellis. Over time, she got married to Marcus and they introduced their second child Aliyah N. Harris. Years later, Latrice went to college and received her Bachelors in Criminal Justice where she wanted to help those who were incarcerated. 

Latrice lived life the best way she could, whether it was going out to comedy shows or to dinner with friends to playing cards with cousins at family events, to spending time with her children and grandchild. She was an overall beautiful soul, loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, grandmother and friend. 

The Lord called Latrice home where she gained her wings October 12, 2021. Those left to cherish the gorgeous memories of her are mother, Patricia Ellis; father Jerry Collins; son Marcus Ellis, daughter Aliyah Harris, grandson Jordan Williams, along with extended family and close friends.
