Jermil was born at Cooper Green Hospital, on June 7, 1993, to Ophelia, Fredrick R. Mitchell, and Father Mark Clark. As a child he grew up in The Word is now Ministries, led by the late Elder John W. Smith. He was in management at Diversified Maintenance. He was the best. and last Drum Major, at Erwin High School, continued his education when he attended Alabama A&M University and Stillman College. He was a devoted father, son, brother, and an amazing friend. He had never met a stranger and was always the brightest light in every room he entered. He was life of the party, with a smile that outshined the sun. He will be deeply missed.
He proceeded in his death: his grandmother, Dorothy Killingsworth; great grandparents, leols and Lonnie Killingsworth; Grandmother Anna Morris, grandfather, Toy J. Mitchell; and his sister Malah M. Mitchell. He leaves to cherish his memories; his mother Ophelia Killingsworth; father Mark Clark; grandmother, Leona Witherspoon; his children Ava Kay Marie Blake, and Jer'Mari Zy'Darrius Killingsworth (Abby Blake); his brothers JaKoden Killingsworth, VaDarius R. Williams, DeMarcus R. Williams Kristopher L. Mitchell, Joshua Grimmett; sisters; Ashlee M. Mitchell, Nikieyah R. Mitchell and Jaydon A. Mitchell; Aunts Rosland Killingsworth, Earline Mallory, Catherine M. Gaiters (Mickey), Tenesha Morris, Takeisha Morris, Liketa Watkins (Dennis), Tracy Jackson (James) Lauro Smith (Belvin) Titiania Bohannon; uncle Willie Killingsworth; and a host of aunts ,uncles, cousins, and friends.
