Janet Kay Hamilton

Ms. Janet Kay Hamilton was born February 15, 1969 to the late Joe and Gracie Hamilton at Coosa Valley Medical Center, Sylacauga, AL.

She was preceded in death by parents, Joe and Gracie Hamilton; brothers, Billy McGraw, Joe W. Hamilton, Dennis Hamilton, and Andre Hamilton; sister Faye McKenzie.

She was a graduate of Vincent High School, class of 1987. She was employed many years by Brookwood Hospital and Glennwood Mental Health Inc.

She loved family, friends, and fashion. Janet entered into eternal rest on July 26, 2020 at her residence.

She leaves to cherish her memories, one daughter, Jerrica La’Grace Hamilton, Harpersville, AL; five brothers, Earnest “Terry,” (Cherry) Hamilton, Pell City, AL; John “Tony” Hamilton, Harpersville, AL; Ronnie Hamilton, Vincent, AL; Jimmy “Dale,” (Michelle) Hamilton, Harpersville, AL; and Jackie Hamilton, Harpersville, AL; One sister-in-law, Waynetta McGraw, Jacksonville, FL. Four Aunts, Catherine Davis, Detroit, Michigan; Joanne Posey, Vincent, AL; Dorothy Hardy, Vincent, AL; Stella Hardy, Vincent, AL. One Uncle, James “Jay” Hardy, Vincent, AL.
