Earnest McGregor

Earnest James McGregor was born to the late Mr. William T. McGregor and Cora Louise Oden McGregor on April 22, 1940, in Sylacauga, AL. At an early age, Earnest accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. As a youth, Earnest was educated in the Talladega City School system. He was a graduate of East Highland High School. Afterwards he joined the Army and years later moved to Detroit Michigan where he retired from the Water Board.

Earnest departed his walk of Life on October 12,2021 under the care of the St. John MaComb Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William T. McGregor and Cora McGregor, one brother, Robert T. McGregor and one son Jamison McGregor.

His love and precious memories will be cherished by this two sons, James B. McGregor and Deon McGregor of Ft. Walton, Fl. One daughter, LaTrenda Keith of Sylacauga, AL. He also leaves to cherish his memories one brother Lodis (Sadie) McGregor of Sylacauga, Al. One sister Nettie Heart of Sylacauga, Al, nine grandchildren and three great children, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
