Danny Tom Tilley

Min. Danny Tom Tilley was born on April 06, 1962 to the parentage of Ms. Billie E. Tilley and the Late Mr. Dennis Davis in Vincent, AL.  He was a graduate of Vincent High School, Class of 1980.  Danny received the baptism of the Holy Ghost and served faithfully as a member of the Move of God Bibleway Deliverance Tabernacle located in Talladega, AL. Here he served as a minister under the tutelage of his pastor, Apostle Prezell Lane. Minister Tilley was on fire for the Lord and loved to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Minister Tilley was employed for the majority of his life as a brick mason. He was skillful in math and contributed to many excellent structures being built.

Minister Tilley made his transition to heaven on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at his residence in Childersburg, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his brother, Rickey Tilley and sister, Margaret Jean Bruno.

He leaves to cherish his memories: a surviving wife, Marilyn S. Tilley, a loving mother, Ms. Billie E. Tilley; one devoted sister, Evelyn T. Kuuan; a father in law, Johnny Smoot, Childersburg, AL; eleven children: Melissa Smoot, Katrina Smoot, Johnnie Smoot (Tareka), Alex Smoot (Kendria), Lydia Tilley, Daniel Tilley, Christopher Tilley, Timothy Tilley, Mary Tilley, Maya Tilley, and Phillip Tilley; 28 grandchildren; one aunt, Rosalyn Fisher of Atlanta, GA; one special cousin, Ms. Catherine Hall; one nephew, Deon (Tabitha) Tilley, and a host of relatives and friends.
