Cynthia Delores Jackson was born on January 15, 1958 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Willie Lee Cloud and Pecola Lee Jackson. She accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Ozell Bates where she served as a member of the Usher Ministry and Love Ministry until her death. She retired from Family Dollar after working there for many years.
Cynthia was loved by many. She had a special relationship with her son Ronald and they were very close. She helped raise many of her nieces and nephews and was a caregiver for her mother and brother prior to their passing. She was the family historian and was the glue that kept the family connected to one another. She loved to do crafts, listen to the blues and play video games.
Cynthia earned her Heavenly wings on May 17, 2021. She was preceded in death by both parents, her son Melvin Rashard Jackson, a brother Johnny Readus, and a sister Michelle D. Foster.
