Charlie Johnson

Mr. Charlie Johnson was born on April 26, 1947 in Childersburg AL. He grew up in Childersburg where he attended school in the Talladega County system. While in high school he met his future wife Charelsie Thomas. After high school they were married in 1967, to this union was born two children Sheila Marie Johnson and Regina Denise Johnson.

Mr. Johnson transitioned from earth to Eternity on August 22 2021. He was preceded in death by his father and mother. Mr. Charlie McMillan, & Ms. Lucille McMillan, one daughter Sheila Marie B. Shephard, Three sisters: Mae Ella Miles, Charlotte Smith and Mary McMillan., Five brothers: Joseph McMillan, Charles McMillan, Michael McMillan, Frank McMillan and Sidney McMillan. 

He leaves to cherish his memory; his wife Charelsie Johnson, one biological daughter Regina D. Hayes of Jamaica, NY, two step children: Lekeisha D. Delk of Sylacauga, AL, and Joshua L. Delk of Munford, Al. One sister, Marie Creamer, of Athens, GA, and one brother, James McMillan of Talladega AL. 15 Grandchildren: Tisha Johnson, Jeremy Nealy, DeAngelo, Bennett, George Bennett, Elijah Bennett, Mattie Bennett, Andrew Shephard, Shaquana Johnson, Shiquan Maubury, Darneisha Youngblood, Deondra Wilson, Tdria Powell, Nasha Hayes, Devante Hayes and Rakinm Hayes. Seven great grands and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
