Benny was born on December 5, 1962, in Wedowee,( Randolph County), Alabama to the parentage of the late James Ralph and Vicie Kimble.
He graduated from Randolph County High School, where he was a standout football player. Following high school Benny took on many jobs and enjoyed doing each one of them. He was employed with Asplundh Tree Services for many years, and he also worked in construction. In his final days he enjoyed working with his dear friend Robert Marable in the lawn care business.
Benny was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Wadley, AL under the leadership of Rev. Timothy Hughley.
On Thursday October 20, 2022. Benny took the masters’ hand and departed this life at his residence in Wedowee, AL.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife; Linda Welch Kimble; Brother; Robert Kimble; Sister Reacie Bailey; and a sister-in-law Hazel Kimble.
He is survived by his son, Norvel Quinton Trammell of Roanoke,AL; Sisters; Rebecca Marbara (Orlander) of Carson City, CA; Myrtis Williams (Noah) of Compton,CA, and Patricia Rogers (John) of Wedowee, AL. Brothers; James Kimble, and Herbert Kimble of Wedowee,AL; King Victor Kimble of Anniston, AL; Johnny Kimble (Tawana) of Anniston, AL. A special friend Robert Marable of Wedowee, and Finally a host of other relatives and friends.
