Katherine A. Green

Katherine Amison Green was born June 2 , 1947 to the late Mr.James Amison & Mrs.Annie Pearl Amison in Bessemer,Al. Katherine gave her life to Christ at an early age. She joined first Baptist Church Ninth Street under the pastorate of late Reverend King  and Continued her membership under the leadership of Reverend Phillip Williams until her health failed . Katherine Received her education  at Abrams High School. Katherine was the Matriarch of her family.  She loved spending time with family & friends. Katherine departed her earthly life surrounded by her family on Sunday April 28,2019.  She was preceded in death by her parents James and Annie Pearl Amison. Grandparents Charlie & Irene Norris. Two Brothers Charlies & Gary ,  Three sisters Geraldine Wilma & Mary .  She Leaves To Cherish Her Memories: Two loving sons James Amison (Barbra) and Darren Amison (Dorothy).Both of Bessemer, Al .  One loving Daughter   Delores A. Wright (James) One Step-son Belford Green ,  One Step Daughter Vernecia Watkins (Fulton) Four Sisters: Dorothy Greene, Cynthia Deramus (Curtis), Carolyn Amison and Evelyn Smith . One Brother: Emery Amison (Sarah) All of Bessemer,Al .    Seven Grand kids: Rondez Amison (Chiquita) Demeka Amison , James Amison .  CorDarryl Amison , LaCoyia Crusoe (De’Angelo ) Tiffany Dunning (Fredrick) Eboni Thomas.  Twenty-Seven Great Grands. Two special Great Grands: Kordell Crusoe and Kenya Amison . A special niece Natalie Woods. and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
